My desire to uplift survivors led me to write "The Loving Myself Daily Planner and Journal." Far beyond the simplicity of my composition notebooks, "The Loving Myself Daily Planner and Journal" consists of thirty-one days of daily 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM scheduled slots for planning and organizing. There are multiple sections dedicated to identifying "Top Priorities", and "To-Do-Lists," taking "Notes" and planning for the upcoming day. The inspirational quote at the bottom of the page will inspire survivors to forge ahead despite their circumstances. The end of each week provides an opportunity to reflect, ponder a thought-provoking question leading to more journaling introspection, healing and a final weekly word of inspiration.
